Recovery agents

Only the agencies listed here are authorised to contact you about overdue payments on our behalf.

Authorised recovery agencies

Peristyle currently handles all collections through its in-house team. No external recovery agency has been appointed. If anyone claims to be collecting on our behalf, please verify by calling +91 92173 76625 before making any payment.

Code of conduct

Everyone who contacts you about recovery on our behalf must:

Carry an authorisation letter and identity card from Peristyle, and show it on request;
Call only between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and respect your privacy;
Never use threatening, abusive or humiliating language, or contact your family, friends or phone contacts;
Never visit you at inappropriate times or places, or on occasions such as bereavement;
Ask you to pay only into Peristyle's official bank account or through official channels — never in cash to an individual.
