Peristyle Securities & Finance Private Limited ("Peristyle", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to loan applications made through our Lending Service Provider, Tap4Credit.

1. Information we collect

• Identity and KYC data: name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (masked), photograph and address.
• Contact data: mobile number and email address.
• Financial data: bank account details, bank statements, income documents and credit bureau information.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers and app usage, collected only with your consent.

We do not access your contact list, photo gallery, call logs or files on your device. Access to camera, microphone or location is requested only one time, with your consent, for onboarding/KYC.

2. How we use your information

• To verify your identity and complete KYC as required by law.
• To assess your creditworthiness and decide on your loan application.
• To disburse, service and collect your loan, and to communicate with you.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting to credit bureaus.
• To prevent fraud and keep our services secure.

3. Consent

We collect data only for a clear and lawful purpose, with your explicit consent. You may decline to share specific data, revoke consent you have given, or ask us to delete data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to serve you.

4. Sharing your information

We share data only on a need-to-know basis, with:

• Tap4Credit, our Lending Service Provider, to operate the loan journey;
• credit information companies (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF High Mark);
• KYC, e-sign, payment and technology service providers bound by confidentiality;
• regulators, law-enforcement and government authorities, when required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

5. Storage and security

All personal data is stored on servers located in India. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Data is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or update your data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights, as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
